Mentoring

I mentor project & change managers to:
– see the wood for the trees
– identify blockers and distractions
– see the priority actions that will produce results.

The mentoring is achieved through a flexible mixture of face-to-face, telephone and online meetings. The sole focus is on helping mentees to overcome their project challenges and achieve their personal and project goals. [See Recommendations below]

Project Management is a challenging profession, requiring many technical, organisational and people skills. I have over 30 years’ experience in a variety of industries and project sizes.

I work with a small number of clients at any one time, and take a very flexible approach in responding to the clients’ needs.
